FERC License Compliance

Essex staff prepared: Shoreline Management; Critical Habitats Management, and; Littoral Zone Monitoring Plans as a FERC license compliance requirement.

The Essex Partnership is providing technical support to a water supply company to meet permit compliance obligations associated with well field operations.

BDCP is a collaborative effort involving water users resource agencies to develop a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) that would allow for continued water diversions while protecting listed species.

The Essex Partnership has been working with water users, environmental groups, and state and federal regulators to evaluate various proposals designed to restore the ecological health of the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta while providing for local and regional consumptive water demands.
